Vicky Fajardo is the Business Development and Program Manager for the Idaho Business for Education Youth Apprenticeship Program (YAP) in the Magic Valley. She is passionate in bridging the gap between diverse communities, empowering individuals and fostering stronger relationships to create a thriving ecosystem in Idaho.

With a broad background in human resources, business consulting in marketing, business management, strategic planning, conducting workshops and financial literacy, Vicky strives to positively impact those around her. Vicky is a life-long learner who deeply values education and personal growth, as she was influenced by her parents from a very young age. She holds a master’s degree in Adult/Organizational Learning and Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and holds an active real estate license. Through these opportunities Vicky has gained essential skills to connect and serve IBE in a meaningful way to create apprenticeship opportunities that benefit apprentices and businesses in Idaho.

Vicky is currently dedicated to serving on the board of Voices Against Violence and is an Ambassador for South-Central Hispanic Chamber. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her family, friends, hiking, and traveling learning about other cultures and traditions.
