Christina Feliciano is North Idaho’s Business Development and Project Manager for Idaho Business for Education Youth Apprenticeship Program (YAP). She has over 10 years’ experience with the workforce industry as a Workforce Consultant with the Idaho Department of Labor. During Christina’s time with the Idaho Department of Labor she administered Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs through the Workforces Innovation Act (WIOA) and assisted Job Seeker & Employers in the Canyon, Payette, and Kootenai County areas.  Christina also conducted recruitment efforts for both employers and programs. 

Christina is excited to continue to connect and provide services to Idaho’s youth by expanding Idaho’s talent pipeline through youth apprenticeship opportunities.  Connecting classrooms to careers is all about connecting youth with their passion or talent and matching them with careers that will allow them to grow as a professional.
